About From Susannah
From Susannah offers original watercolor paintings paired with handwritten letters, packaged and mailed as thoughtful gifts. Each piece is made by hand and is one of a kind.
Original Artwork
All paintings are original works by Susannah. Because each piece is made by hand, small variations, imperfections, and natural qualities of the paper, paint, and materials are part of the work.
Images on the website are intended to represent each piece as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
Availability
Each original painting is one of a kind. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee that a specific piece is available. Availability is confirmed directly by From Susannah.
Once a piece has been purchased, it is no longer available.
The Letter
Each gift includes a handwritten letter composed by Susannah based on the information provided by the buyer. The letter is written with care and intention, but final wording and creative direction are at Susannah’s discretion.
Please do not submit highly sensitive, confidential, or private information through the website form.
Ordering and Payment
Orders may either be arranged by email after an inquiry is submitted, or directly through the website’s checkout. Payment must be completed before the artwork, letter, and package are mailed.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time.
Shipping
From Susannah packages and mails each piece with care. Shipping is included unless otherwise stated.
The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate recipient name and mailing address. From Susannah is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or lost deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a package is damaged or lost in transit, please reach out and From Susannah will do its best to help resolve the issue.
Timing
Each order is handled individually. Timing may vary depending on availability, letter-writing, packaging, and shipping. If you have a preferred mailing date or deadline, please include it in your inquiry. Deadlines are not guaranteed unless confirmed directly.
Returns and Cancellations
Because each gift includes original artwork and a handwritten letter created for a specific recipient, all sales are final once the letter-writing and packaging process has begun.
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out as soon as possible. If work has not yet begun, a cancellation may be possible.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, writing, images, and content on this website belong to From Susannah unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use the artwork, images, or written content without permission.
Purchasing an original painting does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
